Privacy Notice

We store information you submit through this portal so we can quote and fulfill your orders. This includes:

• Account and role data provided by AWS Cognito (name, email, selected company/role).
• Form inputs such as press details, materials, attachments, and any other quote requirements you enter.
• Generated quote workbooks, BOM files, and uploaded DXF drawings that we save to our secure S3 storage so internal teams can work your request.

We do not sell this data. Access is limited to authorized Midway Rotary personnel to prepare quotes, track work, and deliver files back to you. We retain submissions for audit history and customer service; contact jkline@MidwayRotary.com if you need a record removed.
